Frequently Asked Questions

What do I wear?

The short answer is, anything you would like. There are some who feel most comfortable in their “Sunday best.” You will see some in ties and dresses. There are others in jeans.  We believe that you should dress as you feel comfortable and in a way that facilitates your worship.

How do I enter the building?

There are three entrances that are available on Sundays.  

  • Accessible Door (Door #4) on 4th Street. There is also marked reserved parking for those with accessibility needs on 4th St.  Once in the building, turn to the left and take the ramp to the sanctuary.

  • The Main  Entrance (Door #1) by the Post Office.  This entrence takes you directly to the sanctuary, but there are about 10 steps. 

  • The Annex Door (Door #6) on Main  Street .  Once in the Annex, you will need to go through the door on the opposite end of the room, through the Gym, and then up the ramp to the sanctuary. 

**Please note that the Annex and the Gym door are locked after the worship service begins for the safety of our congregation. **

Where should I sit?

The good news is: "anywhere you like!"  We have no assigned seats at FBC Bicknell.  Please feel free to sit wherever you feel comfortable. 

What  about my children?

We love your children.  We want them to be at church with you.  We do not care if they make noise or are disruptive.  We also have a nursery available for you to play with your children at our 9am service.  During our 11am service, we offer a staffed nursery and children's church for children 3 years old to 2nd grade. During the sermon time. 

Who is Preaching This Week?

Where Do I Park?

There is plenty of parking on all sides of the church.  There is some stree parking on Washington and 4th Street. We also have parking lots at the corner of 4th and Washington St., gravel parking lot at Main and 3rd St, and a small parking lot at the Annex on Main.  Parking  for the disabled and an accessible entrance is located on 4th Street.

What Times Are the Worship Gatherings?

We gather each week at 9am and 11am with classes for all ages in between the services.
